BIO: Lance graduated in 1989 from Newport High School in Bellevue, Washington. After two years in the army parachute infantry, he attended Washington State University and Eastern Washington University where in 1994 he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Physics.

Later, after 7 years working in industry as a manufacturing engineer, several planes collided with the United States economic strength and virtually destroyed the industry. Lance took what he had and began buying houses.

In the year 2004, Lance was certified as a Licensed Real Estate agent as part of his dedication to properly managing his rental properties. In 2006, he became a Real Estate Broker and opened Beckonridge Realty.
